1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and baee ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the baee website, mobile-browser platform, and any related services offered by baee, including sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, and crash games.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of the baee platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the baee platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the baee platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. baee reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not satisfy these requirements.

• 2.1You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any paid feature on the baee platform. This age requirement applies without exception.
• 2.2You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity — to hold a baee player account. Each natural person may hold only one baee account at any given time.
• 2.3You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period, whether self-imposed through the baee platform or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme, at the time of registration or during active use of the platform.
• 2.4You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration and KYC

baee is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Account registration on baee is subject to the following conditions, which you must accept in order to create and maintain an active player account.

• 3.1Each player may hold only one registered baee account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held in those accounts.
• 3.2You are required to provide a valid mobile number during registration. This number will be used for account verification, security notifications, and where applicable for processing deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• 3.3baee may at any time request that you submit KYC documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate; proof of address; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
• 3.4You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. baee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
• 3.5baee reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe that the account has been used in a manner that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the platform. baee will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where it is lawful and practicable to do so.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

baee processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are conducted via the supported payment methods listed in these Terms. baee does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• 4.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your baee balance immediately upon successful processing by your chosen payment provider.
• 4.2Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. baee may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal request.
• 4.3baee reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or confirmation of compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements. Where a withdrawal is withheld, baee will notify the player and provide a reasonable explanation.
• 4.4Players are responsible for ensuring that their deposit and withdrawal payment accounts are registered in their own name and that they are the sole authorised user of those accounts. baee does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances.
• 4.5Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. baee may add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time and will provide reasonable advance notice of any such changes where practicable.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

baee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all baee promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• 5.1Welcome bonuses are available to new baee players who register a new account and make a qualifying initial deposit. Each eligible player may claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• 5.2All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Where no rollover is stated, a standard 30x wagering requirement applies to bonus funds.
• 5.3baee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is suspended after a player has already fulfilled the stated requirements, baee will honour the bonus for that player to the extent reasonably practicable.
• 5.4Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may not be applied to live sports betting markets where the outcome is already known or substantially determined at the time the bet is placed.
• 5.5Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified slot titles and expire at the time stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the promotion's stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.

6. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting markets available on the baee platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published on the relevant betting pages and form part of these Terms by reference.

• 6.1All bets are final once confirmed. baee does not accept bet cancellations or modifications after a bet has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where a manifest error has occurred on the part of baee.
• 6.2In the event of a manifest error in a published price or market — including obvious misquotations, system errors, or data-feed failures — baee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. baee will endeavour to identify and correct manifest errors promptly.
• 6.3baee offers live (in-play) betting on selected cricket and football markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures. Live odds are updated continuously and reflect current match conditions. Bets placed on live markets are binding in the same manner as pre-match bets.
• 6.4Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. baee reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, including where baee reasonably suspects match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other forms of systematic exploitation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baee platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• 7.1Registering more than one baee account, whether under your own identity or under a false, borrowed, or fabricated identity, including assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• 7.2Using the baee platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing laws and regulations.
• 7.3Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the baee platform, its software, data feeds, odds algorithms, or proprietary content without the prior written consent of baee.
• 7.4Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, access account features, or otherwise interact with the baee platform in a manner not intended for human users. baee employs technical measures to detect automated activity and will act against accounts found to be using such methods.
• 7.5Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament offered on the baee platform. Any evidence of collusion will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

baee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the circumstances described below. Where an account is suspended or closed, baee will communicate the reason to the player to the extent permitted by law and consistent with any ongoing investigation.

• 8.1Accounts may be suspended or closed where baee has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or bonus abuse policies.
• 8.2Accounts may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspicious transactions. During a suspension period the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. Any balance held in a suspended account will be preserved pending the outcome of the review, unless the review concludes that the balance was obtained through prohibited conduct.
• 8.3Players who wish to close their own baee account may do so by contacting baee support directly. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified balance net of applicable bonus deductions will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Responsible Gaming

baee is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated by contacting baee support at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the baee platform — including software, design, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, text, and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to baee and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• 10.1You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baee platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the baee platform.
• 10.2The baee name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks. You may not use the baee brand marks in any manner — including in social media profiles, user-generated content, or third-party advertising — without the prior written consent of baee.
• 10.3Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to baee regarding the platform may be used by baee without restriction or compensation. Submitting feedback does not create any proprietary rights in you with respect to the content submitted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baee's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as set out in the clauses below. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• 11.1baee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if baee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 11.2baee makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or security vulnerabilities, or that results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate or reliable. The platform is provided on an as-is basis.
• 11.3Where baee is found liable to you for any cause, its total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your baee account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

baee reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated last-updated date. Your continued use of the baee platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the baee platform and may request account closure as described in clause 8.3 above.
